Our agreement
Poof.gg is a Xyliase service. In these terms, “Poof”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the provider of services through Poof.gg. “You” and “customer” refer to the person or entity purchasing those services.
These terms form the service agreement for your transactions with Poof.gg and supersede oral promises. Any agreement made with an official representative must be provided in writing.
Accepting these terms
Please read these terms before purchasing a service. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by them.
Service delivery
We deliver service access automatically after confirmed payment. If an error prevents automatic delivery, your service will be delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
If you need help with a delivery, contact us with your order details.
Unpaid orders
If payment has not been confirmed one day after the invoice due date, we may manually cancel the unpaid service order.
Payments, disputes & refunds
All payments are final and we do not provide refunds, except where required by applicable law.
If you have a billing issue, contact us first so we can try to resolve it before you file a payment dispute or chargeback.
Your use of the service
You are responsible for the traffic and activities conducted through your proxy connections. Our services are intended for educational purposes, and we are not responsible for your use of them.
It is your responsibility to keep the IP addresses you use free from blacklisting or claims arising from your activities.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Poof is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, disruptive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or the corruption or deletion of files, website content, email data, or databases.
This limitation applies even if we have been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect when posted, subject to applicable law, replacing the previous version for existing and future customers.
