Do I need an account to buy proxies?
The new Poof flow is built around guest checkout. Choose a plan and use your email to receive your order and access link. Creating a dashboard account is a separate, optional step.
Which type of proxy should I choose?
Datacenter gives you monthly access to a shared IP pool, with unlimited bandwidth and a service dashboard login. You’re buying pool access; the IPs are not exclusive to you. Residential gives you rotating or sticky sessions priced by bandwidth. 4G mobile gives you a mobile port for a set duration, with scheduled rotation.
How does datacenter pool access work?
Choose access to the 2,000- or 6,000-IP pool for one month. Your order includes a service dashboard login where you can retrieve the proxy list. Bandwidth is unlimited. The pool size is the number of IPs available, not a guarantee of simultaneous connections. Need a particular connection limit? before buying.
Is this a subscription?
The listed plans are one time purchases. Datacenter and mobile access last for the selected period. Residential bundles are sold by bandwidth. You decide when to purchase more.
Can I manage all three services together?
That’s the idea: one Poof workspace, with a separate area for each service. Plans and credentials stay attached to the correct service. Residential bandwidth is tracked separately; datacenter pool access has unlimited bandwidth without usage reporting. The interactive dashboard above shows how that can work.
How do I get back to a guest order?
The planned flow uses a secure order link sent to your purchase email. You can use Find my order to request a new link, or verify that email and link the order to a dashboard account later.
How do I pay?
Choose card or crypto in your cart. Log in to use your Xyliase wallet credit. Any processing fees and the final total are shown before payment.
